CORONAVIRUS ADVICE

If you have travelled from an affected area or have been in contact with someone confirmed as having Coronavirus in the last two weeks, you may be at risk of Coronavirus. Please do NOT leave the house. Instead, ring 111 if:
  • You have been in an affected area in the last 14 days and develop cough, fever or shortness of breath; or
  • You have been in contact with someone confirmed as having Coronavirus, even if you feel well

See www.gov.uk for guidance and an up to date list of affected areas | See www.nhs.uk for more information.

We are upgrading to the next phase of the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) which will mean that almost all our prescriptions will be processed electronically, this will be implemented shortly.

Electronic prescriptions help save the NHS money.

We would therefore ask that any patients who have not yet nominated a local pharmacy for their prescriptions requests to be sent to, to do so at their earliest convenience. You can nominate your pharmacy by emailing the surgery via iesccg.adminchesterfield@nhs.net or calling the surgery on 01473 741349.

You will still need to request your medication as normal but instead of collecting from the surgery you can collect from your nominated pharmacy. Please still allow the usual time for your requests to be processed and sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy.

Read more about EPS on the NHS website.
