Routine Telephone Advice

telephoneIf you wish to speak to a doctor, please call the surgery to book a routine telephone appointment.

If you are only available at a certain time, please advise the Care Navigator when calling to book and they will try to accommodate where possible.

Please ensure you have provided your most up to date contact telephone number.

Please note that when the doctor calls, that the number may not show.

We also offer early morning telephone pre-booked appointments on Tuesdays between 7.30am-8.00am, so if you book one of these appointments, please ensure you are able to take the call prior to 8.00am.

Alternatively you can use eConsult to raise your routine query.

Note that all our calls are recorded and may be used for training purposes.
