Home Visits

doctor's bagThe visiting clinician is not obliged to visit you at home unless you are housebound or unable to travel due to your condition.

Please, where possible, attend the surgery so that full examinations can be undertaken as appropriate.

Please ensure your request for a home visit reaches the surgery by 10.30 am.

In order for the visiting clinician to attend your home, please ensure you advise the Care Navigator when you call, if there is a key-safe, or if you will have any difficulties in answering the door.
