Routine Appointments

CalendarYou can see your doctor during surgery hours by making an appointment by telephone.

Please contact the surgery by phoning 01473 741349.

If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know so that it can be made available for another patient.  If you are late for your appointment you may be asked to re-book for another time in order to minimise waiting for other patients.

Routine appointments are scheduled to last 10 minutes. We therefore ask that if you have more than one issue to discuss, or if you believe that you need a longer consultation, please the Care Navigator when making your appointment.

Same Day Appointments

A health care professional will see and assess you within 24 hours if you feel this is needed. In this situation you will normally be seen by one of the Nurse Practitioners working in the 'On the Day' team.

Extended Surgery Access

We are pleased to offer extended opening hours for surgery appointments.  During these hours the surgery will be open for pre-booked appointments and repeat prescription collection only. Appointments are available for booking one Saturday morning a month between 8am and 11.30am and on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings (between 7.30am and 8.00am). All emergency appointments will be dealt with by the NHS 111 Service, who you can contact when you need medical help or advice and it's not urgent enough to call 999.  NHS 111 operates 24/7, 365 days per year and is free to use from a landline and a mobile.
