You can see your doctor during surgery times by making an appointment with reception. Please contact the receptionist by phoning 01473 741349.If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know so that it can be made available for another patient. If you are late for your appointment you may be asked to rebook for another time in order to minimise waiting for other patients.
A health care professional will see and assess you within 24 hours if you feel this is needed. In this situation you will normally be seen by one of the Nurse Practitioners working in the 'On the Day' team.
We are pleased to offer extended opening hours for surgery appointments. During these hours the surgery will be open for booked appointments and repeat prescription collection only. All emergency appointments will be dealt with by the NHS 111 Service, who you can contact when you need medical help or advice and it's not urgent enough to call 999.
